He would be a great get. Our Front Line wouldn't blow anyone away, but it would be deep and consistent.
Always loved his game. I reckon the price is probably too high considering we have no tradable assets aside from players like Ariza way better than Koufos. Maybe I overestimate his value and could be had for Brewer in a two-way dump, but I kind of doubt it.
we already brewr to fill the doufos role with small ball, ariza nd dmo will share backup 4. dmo needs more minutes so he'll get some at center. then small ball center with anderson. koufos is too good to rot ont he bench, but rockets org prefers to rot talent on the bench
We just signed Nene and maybe D.Mo will be back, i don't see a single reason to lose assets and eat 8/9 million of our cap space for the next three years for him, but that's just me.
I think Clint would be one of the candidates for 'most improved player of the year', why would you sign Kosta? Let the young fella play!
i don't think clint is going to be able to battle down low every night. as bullard would put it, he simply doesn't have enough sand in his pants. he'll wear down and get in foul trouble all too often.
I think is more about the Kings wanting too much for any player on their roster which is why Morey probably won't even make an offer
The Kings are notoriously cheap and wouldn't want to take on Harden's contract long term. When the cap space increased this was one of the few teams that couldn't stand to pay players that much.
Too much, is riding on the season for "I thinks'. You need to hedge your bets. Getting Kostas (if he could be acquired cheaply), would be a great tool to do that. Obviously, we roll with Clint as option 1 and see what the summer has done for him, but having back up on the bench is not bad.
It's obviously a reflection of ownership who can't make up his mind on what direction to go and who to keep and not to keep. Vivek is by far the worst owner the NBA has ever permitted to buying a team, sad to say but he is worse than Sterling. I understand that he believes he can keep players, not sure how, but i get it. What i don't understand is how he can continue to believe he can sign or keep players when he makes suspect moves and players flat out tell him they are not coming back... Use your head Vivek, a player tells you he's not coming back, you trade him and try to get the most for him while you still can. You don't let a player walk and get left with nothing.
