    Accuser's accusations come out.

She basically said that he invited her to his room, she came up. He asked to see her tatoo on her back and she showed him. Then he asked if she would get into the jacuzzi with him, she did not. She asked for his autograph and then they started kissing for about 5 minutes. She then said that she had to go but he didn't let her. He grabed her by her neck and moved her toward a chair and bent her over. He then had sex with her while she was telling him to stop. When he was done, he told her to get on her knees and to kiss his penis. He then told her to leave and not to tell anyone about this.

That's the quick version on what they said. I'm sure a better article will come out in a little bit.

that is horrible, if she wasnt traumitized, she could have bit off instead of kissed his thing, then not only would she have evidence but kobe would have gotten what rapists deserve.

of course though, this is only under the presumption that he is guilty which he is not unless proven so.

.....In a preliminary hearing at the Eagle County Courthouse, Detective Doug Winters said the woman told him she had been excited when she heard Bryant was going to check in to the hotel, and she wanted to meet him.

She said that after giving a tour to the 6-foot-6, 220-pound Bryant and two other people who checked in with him, the athlete asked her to accompany him back to his room, Winters said.

The detective said she told him there was "mutual flirting" between the two.

Once there, Bryant asked her to lift up her skirt and show him a tattoo she had on her back, Winters said.

When she asked him for his autograph, Bryant told her to return later and he would give it to her, the detective said.

Before she left the room, the detective testified, "she said he began kissing her mouth and neck, which she agreed to."

He said she told him that Bryant then "began to grope her, touching her breasts and buttocks area."

At that point, the detective said, the woman was afraid and wanted to leave the room. The detective testified that she told him, "'Kobe Bryant grabbed me with both hands around my neck. I was afraid he was going to choke me.'"

The detective said she told him Bryant then turned her over a chair and raped her. The act lasted five minutes, Winters said she told him.

Bryant told the woman repeatedly not to tell anyone, Winters said she told him.

Still afraid, she agreed to his demand, but when she got downstairs, she told the resort hotel's bellhop, who followed her home to ensure she was OK, Winters testified.

The defense will have a chance to cross-examine the detective....

How can the Lakers put this guy on the court with this information now in the public domain? What message does this send? I realize he's innocent until proven guilty, but just look at the facts so far -- the photos of physical abuse, the testimony, Kobe saying he didn't have sex with her, then retracting that. What a disgrace to the franchise. It seems as though the Lakers standards for dismissing Kobe can be and should be different from the legal system's. Having Kobe on the court representing the Lakers will taint the proud image of the franchise.

When the courtroom went on break a reporter on ESPNews spoke of the details.

I've been searching the internet for an article with the "kiss my penis" part but haven't been able to find one yet.

Detective reveals accuser's account of evening

    Associated Press

EAGLE, Colo. -- The 19-year-old resort worker accusing Kobe Bryant of rape told investigators the NBA superstar attacked her from behind, grabbing her by the neck and forcing himself on her despite repeated protests, according to testimony Thursday.

The woman described a consensual sexual encounter that spiraled suddenly out of her control, Eagle County Sheriff's Detective Doug Winters said at a hearing to determine whether Bryant stands trial.

According to Winters, the Los Angeles Lakers star was joined by the front desk worker on a tour of the posh mountain resort last June. After some flirting, Bryant asked her back to his suite.

The woman showed Bryant a tattoo on her back but turned down his request to join him in the hot tub, Winters said.

Her shift was ending and she "wanted to go home," he said. "She stated she was starting to feel a bit uncomfortable."

She stood up to leave and Bryant gave her a hug that led to some consensual kissing, Winters said.

When she turned around to leave, Bryant grabbed her by the neck, pulled up her skirt and raped her against a chair, Winters said. She told investigators she told Bryant "no" at least twice, before bursting into tears as the five-minute attack went on.

During and after the attack, he said, Bryant kept asking, "You are not going to tell anyone, right?" She said she agreed at one point.
"She said the reason she told him no was for fear of -- she didn't want him to commit more physical harm to her," Winters said.
He also said a nurse who examined the woman later at a hospital found injuries consistent with a sexual assault.

Bryant faces up to life in prison if he stands trial and is convicted of the single felony charge of sexual assault.

That testimony came after, in a surprising move, Bryant's lawyers went ahead with the hearing to determine whether the NBA superstar should stand trial for rape.

Legal experts had expected the defense to waive the hearing and head straight to trial rather than allow prosecutors to lay out their case publicly for the first time.

"The only reason the defense would choose to go ahead with a preliminary hearing when it doesn't have to is it believes, given the minimal amount of evidence the prosecution is going to be putting on, it may gain more by cross-examining those witnesses," said Stan Goldman, a professor at the Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, when the decision to hold the hearing was announced.

Goldman suggested the defense may call witnesses to testify -- a list that could include Bryant himself.

The judge had already rejected defense requests to have the woman testify in person and to see her medical records.

Earlier in the afternoon, Bryant arrived at the courthouse, ignoring a throng of reporters and spectators gathered outside. He had to take off a necklace and was checked with a metal-detecting security wand before walking through a metal detector and into the courtroom.

Thursday morning, people began lining up at the courthouse to get into the hearing. Security for the hearing was beefed up after dozens of threats have been made against the prosecutor, the judge and Bryant's accuser. Judge Frederick Gannett has acknowledged receiving letters containing death threats, and two men have been charged with threatening Bryant's accuser.

Court officers examined photo identifications before issuing passes to the handful of people. Among them was George Zinn of Salt Lake City, who arrived on a Greyhound bus to watch the spectacle.

"I don't consider Kobe a role model," he said.

Virginia Ricke, an Ames, Iowa, retiree sightseeing in Colorado, drove to Eagle from nearby Glenwood Springs to watch. She said she believes the justice system will work but her intuition tells her something went awry between Bryant and the woman in a room at a nearby resort last June.

"I kind of believe that what happened in that room was dumb, whether it was rape or not, because he had such a good, clean image before," she said.

Nearby, a group of University of Colorado students handed out packages of condoms and legal contracts that both parties would sign to agree to consensual sex.

The case against Bryant could lead to a celebrity trial the likes of which have not been seen since O.J. Simpson was acquitted of murder charges eight years ago.

Since Monday, about 300 television, print and radio reporters and camera crews have been arriving in Eagle, filling motel rooms and parking TV satellite trucks in a vacant lot across from the courthouse that normally is a lumber dealer's back yard.

At Bryant's initial court appearance on Aug. 6, he said just two words: "No, sir," when Gannett asked if he objected to giving up his right to have a preliminary hearing within 30 days. Unlike that appearance, cameras were banned from the courtroom this time.
Prosecutors planned to put a sheriff's detective on the witness stand to describe some details of what allegedly happened between Bryant and his accuser.

Bryant needed to appear for a bail hearing regardless of whether his lawyers waived the preliminary hearing. There also is a possibility he could enter a plea during an arraignment before another judge.

Two district judges were on notice they might be called to preside over an arraignment if the defense asks, state courts spokeswoman Karen Salaz said. By agreeing to an immediate arraignment, Bryant would not have to come back to Eagle again in the next 30 days to answer the charge.

Under Colorado law, Bryant must be arraigned within 30 days of the preliminary hearing or the decision to waive the hearing. After that, he is guaranteed the right to go to trial within six months, but he could waive that right as well.

Summary Of Accuser's Statement To Det. Doug Winter
Alleged Victim Tells Detective That There Was Mutual Flirting, Kissing

    POSTED: 3:16 p.m. MDT October 9, 2003
    UPDATED: 3:34 p.m. MDT October 9, 2003

Eagle County Detective Doug Winter said he interviewed the alleged victim at the sheriff's department.

The alleged victim told Winter that she was excited about meeting Bryant when she heard that he would be a guest at the resort. She said that while she was showing Byrant and two people in his entourage up to their rooms, he pulled her aside and asked her to give him a tour of the hotel.

She said there was "mutual flirting" during the tour, Winter said.

She said Bryant invited her back to his room and she went in and sat on a couch while he sat on a chair nearby. They chatted about tattoos and he asked her to show the tattoo she said she had on her back. She lifted her skirt and showed him. When she thought she was leaving, she asked for his autograph in which he replied that he would give it to her later when she came back to his room.

She said he asked for a hug and she gave him one and then he began kissing her mouth, her neck -- actions she said she agreed to. She said the kissing lasted about 5 minutes. She said he then began to grope her breasts and butt. He began putting his hand under her panties, and she told him that she had to leave.

She said she was trying to leave when Bryant "grabbed her around the neck."

She said that he was trying to block her movement. She said she was afraid and he started to follow her as she moved toward the door. She said that he had both of his hands around her neck and was "controlling her movements."

She said he then bent her over a chair, pulled up skirt and pulled her panties down. She said that she told him that she needed to leave "and at one point, stated no," Winter said.

She said she began crying when the sexual intercourse started and didn't stop until it was over about 5 minutes later. She said the sex was painful.

She said that while the intercourse was occurring he asked if she was going to tell anyone about it. She said no. He asked her to look at him and again confirm that she would not tell anyone. She said she did that because she was afraid. She said when the incident was "about to end" she started prying his hands off her neck, and then she said he stopped.

She said she turned around and pulled up her underwear. He asked her to go clean up in the bathroom. She said before she left Bryant told her she shouldn't tell anyone. She said she then ran down to the front desk and told the bellman everything that had happened.

Winters said that while he was interviewing her, there was another deputy in the interview room as well as a victim's advocate. The interview was videotaped but the videotape was not allowed to be submitted in the preliminary hearing because it was deemed too prejudicial. An audiotape of Kobe Byrant's statement was also pulled from preliminary hearing.

Winter said that before she began telling her story, he told her that if this was a false accusation, that she would be in big trouble. She said that she understood.

If what she said is in fact true, Kobe be f***ed! It's a shame, I thought he was a good guy and he would had to have gotten some records. The fact he did this when he has a hot wife and could have gotten many girls who wanted to have sex with him is JUST PLAIN r****dED! I don't feel sorry for him and am happy to see the Lakers get worse.

I don't know what to believe. There are so many evil people out there today that telling the good ones from the bad ones is almost impossible.

In thinking rationally, I just don't think this woman could face all this just for some hidden motives, like money, revenge, etc. . Her story is highly believable on the surface. Her injuries are consistent with a sexual assault(if the articles above are true). There was no delay in her spreading the word of what happened. She reported it immediately. Kobe was all worked up with five minutes of kissing and then groping the rack and ass. OMG...he was going like a man on Viagra x 10 . In that moment, he may do anything to get what he wants. His sex drive is not on his side for stopping. He may of felt he had a way out. In that moment, he probably wasn't thinking much at all except about the <<cough>>.

It just doesn't add up that it was concensual. That is my bottom line. I think he had to hit that and would not be denied. But, let's let ALL the facts come out. This is my preliminary assessment.

I think she got more than an autograph.
