Since AI is apparently on his way out of Philadelphia, what more logical trade could possibly be made if Kobe does indeed want to leave LA. He could go back to his old roots in Philly and AI could move out west to play with his buddy Shaq daddy. Makes sense to me anyways. I don't know why the media isn't suggesting it yet.
Why would anyone want to go to the Sixers? They are a bad team with Iverson, and I don't see them being better with Kobe or TMac. Both Kobe and TMac would want to go to a team with at least a chance of winning a championship within their careers.
I'd much rather let Kobe walk then get that cancerous, injured, and ball hogging fool. Practice. We talkin about practice ya'll.
Assuming that Kobe was looking to relocate, I think that would be a wise trade. Not much drop-off for the Lakers considering they run a risk of getting nothing back. Philly would be better off, not so much because Kobe is better than AI but becausehe is more multi-tasking and can open up what they could do with the roster. Better for Iverson since he'd get some help and probably won't take his usual beating. For Kobe, though, I don't know if there is enough draw to bring him to Philly. Unless he really wants to show his greatness by taking a bad team back into contention.
