Has anybody read this article about the voting for the all star game? I wonder if this includes all the online voting also.

Dec 19, 2002 (The Sports Network via COMTEX) -- New York, NY (Sports Network) -
Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant leads all players in voting for the 2003
NBA All-Star Game, which will be played at Philips Arena in Atlanta on February
    9. Bryant is followed by San Antonio forward Tim Duncan in Western Conference
voting, while Toronto's Vince Carter, despite missing some time this season
because of injury, leads Eastern Conference ballot returns.

Bryant has received 659,998 fan votes and is followed at the guard position in
the Western Conference by Houston's Steve Francis (415,773). The Lakers'
Shaquille O'Neal, who has also missed significant time this season because of
injury, leads centers in the West with 480,894 votes and is followed by
Houston's Yao Ming (471,107). Duncan has gotten 492,245 tallies to lead all
forwards and is trailed by Minnesota's Kevin Garnett (474,074) in the West.

Carter sits atop the Eastern Conference with 597,684 votes and is followed at
the forward position by Orlando's Grant Hill (416,553). Detroit Pistons' center
Ben Wallace leads the East balloting for his position with 411,325, followed by
New Jersey's Dikembe Mutombo (288,325). Orlando's Tracy McGrady has received
more votes at the guard position (573,638) than any other in the East. He is
trailed closely by Philadelphia's Allen Iverson (501,628).

The NBA All-Star Balloting program began on November 14 and will continue
through January 12, with more than 1,000 retail locations nation-wide providing
a chance for fans to make their choices. Additionally, ballots are available in
all 29 NBA Arenas and also online at NBA.com.

Starters for the game will be announced on January 23.
