By all means, like i said he had clear infidelity and with the life of an athlete, they all need to really get their act together when having a marriage. They are clearly at fault and she is no bad guy, but she is just taking what the system gave her. That said, I don't think the law should promote this sort of incentive for marriage for people who are marrying someone well off. Not the way it is from Hogan's wife, Madonna's husband, Kobe's wife, Jordan's wife, nowadays men and women are equal and have equal opportunity, this settlement was protecting a tyime when women were usually at home and not bringing in home, it is outdated. This is not saying one person is right or wrong, but that the person who earned the money deserves the money, now who ever is taking care of the kdis etc should still get a considerable amount, but nothing like it is now. You have wives asking for 10k for normal month shopping, bs like that is pretty regular and that has to be put to an end
