    This is from RealGM.

The feud has gone on since their years playing together on the Los Angeles Lakers . Shaq and Kobe, two mega-stars jockeying for the right to put up 30-shots a game and always trying to be the untainted fan favorite.

Kobe Bryant, the more vocal of the two, a man that cannot keep his personal attacks directed toward the mammoth center kept behind closed doors.

Shaquille O’Neal, with his light take on life, converted his hatred for Kobe’s constant tantrums into humorous little quips and excessive praise for second year Miami Heat guard and teammate Dwayne Wade.

And then, the final blow, when speaking with Colorado police regarding his now-dismissed rape case, Bryant went as far as to say, “I should have done what Shaq does and just pay her off,” or something to that nature.

(Luckily for Bryant, the leviathan O’Neal was in Miami at the time).

After all this, it seemed as if the dynamic duo would never make amends. However, to many a fans surprise, it has been verified that the two were together a while back watching a special re-release of the hit movie “Fever Pitch” starring the multi-talented and very original Jimmy Fallon.

The pair sat next to each other in consecutive seats in the back row, choosing not to leave a chair open to separate them as is normal movie etiquette for two men their size. Shaq had his leg up on the seat in front of him and his attention focused on Kobe the whole time.

Apparently they did not watch most of the movie, spending half of the time apologizing for their irrational behavior and the other half of the time reminiscing about “the good old days” while sharing a jumbo sized popcorn and a soda with two straws.

Movie patron Braden Bell sat directly in front the two and while he was a bit annoyed at not be able to enjoy the movie, he was able to gain a great deal of insight about the reunion.

“They were like pees in a pod,” said Bell. “Constantly laughing and reminiscing about the past, finishing off each other’s sentences and than pointing at the other and smiling in disbelief every time it happened. I tell you, that bit got old real fast.”

“The were quiet at first, each a bit nervous I reckon.” Continued Bell. “But at the end of the movie they were like Gary and Ace." (Referring to the popular cartoon that ran on Saturday Night Live back when the show was actually watchable).

Kobe and Shaq have yet to comment publicly on the incident leading people to believe that a retained feud would be more of a publicity stunt not unlike the East Coast-West Coast rap feuds of the 90’s.

I thought about that. This and the Chad Ford article both seem like pranks.

BS. There is no way these guys were sharing a soda with two straws. It must be a joke.

Isn't that the "ambiguously gay duo"? Or am I thinking of another show?

By the way, when did RealGM become a news source?
