    (1) Does this deserve its own thread?
    (2) It was the all-star game.

Ah, didn't notice the poll before.

He can, but when he lands it probably hurt him, and he can probably only do it with fresh legs, not during a game.

What I don't understand about Mac was that he looked as good as he ever did in that '06 all-star game *after* the back injuries.

He hasn't looked the same since.

He was a starter in the game in Houston and i remember he didn't even want to play he fell into some kind of depression thing b.c of his uncle.
But the main thing was him putting on wait, he's not close to as agile or has hops compared to 05

he looked great to start this year. then the injuries came. when injuries roll up, he just becomes more hesitant unless it's the playoffs. if no injuries, he'll play up to his standards during the reg. season. if not, he'll pace himself rather.

but that's for the reg. season. he's fine for the playoffs.

After the back spasms, doctors told him all he could do was rest and not do any strenuous exercises. He rested, got fat, ballooned up to 240 something pounds and IMO he still hasn't gone back the same shape he was in the '04-'05 season. He needs some endurance training this offseason.
