Our dryer has been acting up lately. It heats up and works, but then it just shuts itself off for a while, almost like something that is overheating. It won't always come right back on, sometimes you have to let it rest for a while before it starts again. Anyway, it's an older dryer and I don't know if I should have someone come out to fix it or if it may be something I could do myself. Or maybe I should just buy another dryer. Any suggestions?
HAHA, I look in this thread and this is the link from the Google Ad at the top of the page... what are the odds??? http://pagead2.googlesyndication.co...epairSaver.com&client=ca-pub-8054380475841256
I think the google ads might actually google the text in the heading or even in the body of the page and use it to put the right ad up there. if you go into the spider bite one or any others it has information pertaining to it in there.
I think used dryers around here can be had for under 50 bucks. Don't know about where you live. You could always do it like the rest of the world, hang it on cloth lines.
Thanks Mango for the links, I at least have some stuff that I can try to do now. First will be to check the exhaust area to make sure it's clear.
If you didn't know to check the exhaust, I guess u didn't know to clean the lints out of the filter either?
Yeah, I cleaned the lint, but I didn't know to check the exhaust. I'm pretty clueless when it comes to home appliances.
