According to Yahoo Sports, the Knicks have a deal with the LA Clips to acquire Zach Randolph. http://sports.yahoo.com/
Mods lock this. I see a post of Cat and Tim Thomas for Zebo in the Harrington thread. NY hasn't been good to ex-Rox sic Mo T, SF3 and Mooch. Good luck Cat.
Nice self-flagellation: OH MY GOD. YOU ARE AN AWFUL PERSON FOR POSTING A USEFUL AND RELEVANT THREAD. Mobley looks like a decent replacement for Crawford. He's slowed down, but he's a D'Antoni player and can match Crawford's production. He did score 23 points the other night.
I think this trade is more New York trying to get rid of Randolph as badly as possible. Next step: Eddy Curry.
camby's play is making him a bad acquisition and his contract expires before 2010 free agency. i think he's gone before kaman.
I dunno. You could play all three guys, except for the fact that Sterling is too cheap to have that much depth on his team. Did anyone realize that Mobley was making close to $9M? His agent must be second cousin to Jesus H. Christ.
Cat went to the Clips strictly for the money and he's enjoying himself. Winning doesn't mean that much to him. He's just playing for the paycheck. He got the contract based on his partial season in Sacramento where he really extended himself and played hard. That's what happens during contract years. He's been on cruise-control ever since.
Either Camby or Kaman is gone. Please buy out Camby so we can sign him within the next 0.0000000000001 seconds.
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3717209 The second deal of the day announced by the Knicks packages Randolph and Mardy Collins to the Clippers for veterans Tim Thomas and Cuttino Mobley.
Randolph was really playing well. I would have kept him myself but clearing cap space for 2010 seems to be more important.
Jalen Rose just declared Lebron James AND Chris Bosh will be Knicks in 2010. That will turn NY upside down with two superstars in their primes!
yea i heard that, he was definitely being sarcastic though. I wonder what the knicks plan on doing now zbo was beasting this year and they gave crawford up too there franchise player whats going on?
Walt Frazier made some good points that LBJ might not want to go to a rebuilding situation which NY will be in with this team. He also said Chris Bosh likes Toronto. His other point was not everyone wants to play in NY, the ultimate fish bowl.
i have a really strong feeling marbury will be waived as well with the way the knicks are making moves right now
