Can someone please explain to me why on the bottom of the sports section in today's paper (saturday, houston chronicle), there was a freaking article on how much jeff van gundy loves the new york knicks? i mean i know the game ended late and everything friday in seattle. but they could have at least put a non game related rockets article there. the last damn thing i care about is how much jeff van gundy loves the knicks. yeah, they mentioned rudy, but only in reference to longest tenure. it was just totally pointless. would the new york times put out an article on the rockets 13 games into the season. probably not. the bottom line is no one in this city gives a rats @ss about the team anymore except people on this site and the 99 people who come to the games. just dont put knicks articles on the front page of the paper. but just to end unpessimistically, im sure all of this will change after they build the new arena, or when all the bandwagoners jump back on when we make the playoffs. but please i dont give a damn about the knicks..stop it.
