according to Nug fans, Kmart said on the radio his tattoo means "not satisfied" and Yao needs to learn chinese properly ROFL . it's not yao fault that you got a dumb tattoo :D

he also say yao will get a closer look at his tattos after he runs over yao on a runaway dunk.

    what a prick...an overrated fugazy. :D

anyways there no link or report or anything, so take it whatever it is worth.

I believe the original quote was "His letters mean, 'Not aggressive' or 'indecisive.' " Yao writes. "Anyone who has seen Kenyon play knows he isn't like that." Yao is acutally praising him. Besides, I'm sure Kenyon "I'm a dumbass" Martin know more Chinese than Yao.

uhhh - I tend to believe it's closer to what Yao says than what Kmarts tattoo artist says. Kmart - you've been duped!

Appearantly K-mart didn't get the whole story and thought Yao took a cheap shot at him. So his instinct is to shoot back by dissing Yao. I don't see it's a big issue.

I cant stand freaken Kenyon Martin(the baby making machine). I hope Yao puts on another tatto on his forehead when they come to town, one that says "size 18" in Chinese.

I now recall the words of his tatoo. It is a common Chinese idiom, "huan4de2huan4shi1". It really means being indecisive and worried about the consequence of the decision.

So I must go with Yao on that. :D

this reminds me of the time I went to the movies and this black guy came up to me and was like hey!! what does this tatoo mean? It turned out not to mean anything ... they weren't even real chinese characters.

    Yeah,

he's going to find those runaway dunks pretty difficult to come by without Kidd to spoon feed him the ball.

Another dumb ass KMart. The dude is simply too dumb to pick up a fight. If you want to redicule Yao's language, maybe you should pick his english, not his Chinese? Anybody with even a peanut sized brain is going to believe Yao's Chinese than KMart's cheap Japanese tatooist.

Former Bearcat brings tough attitude to Denver

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kenyon Martin averaged a career-best 16.7 points and 9.5 rebounds per game last season for the New Jersey Nets. In four seasons with the Nets, Martin helped New Jersey make the NBA Finals twice.

Former University of Cincinnati All-America Kenyon Martin signed a seven-year, $92.5 million contract with the Denver Nuggets last week.

DENVER -- One could call them K-Mart's billboards.
Actually, they're his tattoos. And they say plenty about Kenyon Martin.

On his right shoulder in black Gothic letters is inscribed "Lydia." That's in honor of Lydia Moore, the single mother who raised Martin, who has seen his father only twice.

On his left arm are Chinese characters. Translated, they mean "Never be satisfied," an attitude that helped Martin continue to improve his game on the basketball court.
