Miller's D is a lot better than people think. It's not his lack of ability to play D, it's the fact that the Kings system dictates letting everyone score, just like the Suns. Go back to when Miller played for the Hornets, Bulls, Pacers he was a ferocious defender, easily one of the league's best, Sacramento ruined him with their "all offense, no defense" style.
a center that doesn't play d - I excepted this part so it should have no bearing on the discussion, doesn't rebound - his rebounding rate is similar to Juwan Howard's, doesn't block - Brad Miller averaged less than 1 block per game last season, and all but two other seasons in his career. His career high was 1.21 bpg. He was beat out by TMac and Danny Granger and Dikembe Mutombo in 15 mpg, and plays away from the basket - Brad was one of the top 3ptA centers in the NBA, and his bread and butter is the elbow jumper. You're right, it doesn't sound a bit like Brad Miller, it sounds exactly like Brad Miller.

The Kings need to trade for Eddie Griffin, then they can re-create the Rockets old PF dilemma of Griffin, Taylor and Kenny Thomas. Plus SAR and Corliss for good measure. LOL
