The Kings lost that game in the first quarter. And unlike the Lakers against the Magic, the Kings did not turn the switch to get back into the game. The ability of the Lakers to come back on teams (see Kobe's scoring) must be up there with the most intimidating aspects of any of the playoff teams. Of all the top teams, the Lakers might be the most feared team to be playing against when the other team has a big lead in the fourth quarter. The last team I would want to face in the first round of the playoffs would have to be the Lakers. But match-up wise, the Kings have to be the last team the Rockets would want to have to play.
I was going to watch the replay of this game. Now I know the result, great. I hate you so much olliez.
The Kings arrived late to the arena because of a snowstorm. I think they weren't very prepared mentally and just laid down.
they've been playing crap basketball ever since the return of Chris Webber he hasn't been the big bodied interior defense they need and he's destroyed near perfect team chemistry yes, it's partly due to fitting back in and partly due to his injury - i'm just saying i think the kings would have won if webber hadn't been in the lineup (and definitely is bobby jackson was)
