Story says she was in her hotel room and two guys came in impersonating police officers.

btw: Is Kanye singing in this song, before he says "Sorry, I have to stop the show. Family emergency" If so, he was lipsynching, because he talks right over the singer.

No man he's rapping with his song. It isn't an instrumental

 

They have a track that is more than an instrumental but not quite the whole song. Also, Kanye is not a singer. The song is created with auto tune so if that set up doesn't allow for him perform with auto tune then he will just throw in some "uh huh yea"s until the chorus is over and he starts rapping.

It's slightly different from the Britney Spears type of lip synching where the full track is played and she just mouths the words. No one at the concert is thinking, or is intended to think, he is singing when he isn't.
