TRADE ACCEPTED Due to Chicago, Houston, L.A. Clippers and Minnesota being over the cap, the 15% trade rule is invoked. Chicago, Houston, L.A. Clippers and Minnesota had to be no more than 115% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
man this one really runs you through the gauntlet - this could really happen? - why would any of these teams agree to these trades? - wait a second - that was a funny joke, you had me going
Didn't this guy post a trade a week ago about a 3 way trade that only involved players from 2 teams? Somebody have way too much time on their hands.
SHUT THIS THREAD DOWN! Hey, where is that picture of the crowd holding up signs saying "SHUT IT DOWN!"? THey follow me every where I go.
+21.0 ppg, +6.8 rpg, and +1.1 apg. sounds good.. too bad it'll also take them anextra 60.5 minutes to do it
Damn, somebody posts a trade idea and everybody piles on. Lighten up, guys. It's a fan site. (descends from high horse)
A 5th party can always be added in: David Stern/NBA trades: The NBA rule book David Stern/NBA receives: Phil Saunder's nick name "Flip" Outlook: The commish will be now known as Flip Stern. Minnesota trades: Saunder's nickname Minnesota receives: The NBA rule book Outlook: Makes the suggested trade possible by allowing them to have more than 12 players on their roster.
I have grown to know that if some one is talking trades, 99.9999999999% of the time it is a bunch of crap. If some one has to preface a RealGM trade with the statement of "NO JOKE" then: 1) that means they just threw a bunch of people togetther to get salaries to match and say that its a good trade when it makes ZERO sense but it gets the poster the players he wants (SEE ABOVE TRDE PROPOSAL) and last bust certainly not least, If some one has to preface a RealGM trade with the statement of "NO JOKE" then: 2) there is a 1,000% chance it is a JOKE (SEE ABOVE TRDE PROPOSAL) It was a good effort to show everyone that a trade COULD happen salary wise if all the teams involved were dumb enough to even consider it.
WTF is this? Is this guy insane? Why don't we have the Chicago Bulls just move here and the Rockets move there?!? That seems more logical than the stupid trade above....
