    This is a major problem of intolerance from places other than the U.S., we must look outward and inward as well...

    My opinion is arranged marriages are wrong, since the heart should decide. However, I realize that arranged marriages is affirmed in history and even today.

    I would think emigrating to another country should involve accepting the underlying cultural norms of one's adopted country rather than merely creating an enclave for the values of the country from which one is leaving.

    I do understand the sentiment because things that I believe in are trashed on this very forum all the time.

    I do not fear Islam, I just fear some Muslims interpretation of it. This should be an easy distinction for you to grasp.
