Very nice....one criticism....in the first quarter or so, you use the WHITE OUT feature WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY too often....

    Once or twice is good......

The rest is very well done and I liked the time of the dunking as the drum beats.

I disagree, but I think that's just the nature of stuff like that. Some people will like it while others will find it unnecessary or annoying. I was using Sony Vegas for the first time so I sort of felt compelled to use some of the effects. Oh well...can't please everybody. :D

Not sure why it seemed like a quarter of the video to you though. It was exactly a 20 second section (merely 1/10th of the video). I certainly didn't think that was too much.

    *shrug*

Thanks for the props though. Glad you liked it otherwise.

I agree, as for the rest....nice video. :)

The whiteflashes were done around 20 secs or so, and I felt relieved when it didn't happen. :p

    Sweet video.

Man, I think that Vince Carter dunk over Zo last year has to be a top 5 ever...
Carter and Kemp - if you're talking about Kill the Rim - damn, those guys are/were nasty.

I mean Amare was all over the place with dunks 2 years ago, but watching Kemp, he really had more power.

The white flashes were annoying. Not a bad video otherwise.

The white flashes served no purpose other than to say..."hey lookie, I got a new feature" the other transitional sequences you used fit in.

And usually white flashes like that are used at the very end.....to cut to credits.

You think it takes away from the video. I think it adds to it. Different strokes...

    Great Video!

The flashes did not bother me.

I have one favor to ask. Could you post a link so I can download it?

I agree........now explain how it adds to the video exactly?

Because for me it looked like an encryption error and was blinding out the players, who are the stars of the video, right?

So why do you think they work?

I am seriously just curious.....and I do agree it is all subjective.

I'm sick of it, honestly. I put some Tmac from Orlando in there though.

and DD, I've posted this on 4 other message boards and nobody else has said anything about the flashes. If we agree that it's all subjective, then what's the point of me trying to explain why it adds to the video? I just like the look of it. Can't really put that in words past that.

Ok, it is subjective, but I do similar editing in my games.....and think you have some pretty good editing skills and was just wondering why you thought it was cool.

    No biggie.

As much as I hated him because he played for the Sonics, Shawn Kemp is the most vicious dunker I've seen in 30+ years of watching NBA basketball.
