Don't know if anyone has posted this question but what about bringing a Hall of Fame vet to man our club at Point. Jason Kidd... Don't get me wrong I like AB and Lowry but with their and his great attitudes they could learn from one of the best PG's ever while giving us another playmaker. I know we need a SG but with Kidd here he makes any SG look like VC or Jason Terry. thoughts... Lock if already posted.
No thanks. declining skills and what appears to be a souring personality. Not to mention there are probably more efficient uses of the cap space. For the record, I am against bringing any PG in that is on the back side of 30.
I hear Magic is available... yes stupid predictable response, but that is what you get with a stupid predictable thread.
no, would much rather rockets focus in acquiring a decent backup center.. i can live with brooks/lowry, It will kill me if we dont have a decent backup center next year and watch yao injure himself again due to having to play extensive minutes every game..
I would like to have him for a couple of years if we can sign him cheap. He can help our young PGs grow up, teach them how to pass and how to have a good court vision.
Just give him market rate.. No need to be cheap. He'll just be an assistant coach for another team or do broadcasting.
Personally, I don't want to jump into anything. I think we should work him out with Jay Williams, Jason Williams, and Shaun Livingston to see who our starting pg should be. The winner of that battle works out against Jerry West. Maybe dig up Pistol Pete too.
i like to see kidd's basket ball. but i dont think rockets need kidd in current rotation and dont think kidd want to join rockets in current rotation too...
