What I don't understand is this requirement stipulating Van Horn has to show up to New Jersey and attempt to play. Aaron McKie didn't do a damn thing.
No he won't. I heard that David Stern and the NBA won't allow a team just to sign the player and than cut him.
What about Aaron McKie that was just traded? I can't imagine they can stop a team for putting him on an inactive roster and saying...go home. DD
Thats true. They just could put him on the inactive list and tell him to go home like the Rockets did with Bonzi Wells last year.
i'm telling you, all houston fans should pray for this to happen and get devin harris out of here. his quickness killed us every time we played. he would get every single foul call when he just breathes on yao as he penetrated. jkidd, well, he will brick a lot of shots for us
I think at this point the Nets are just trying to get rid of Kidd, even if they have to settle on taking on Hassell's contract rather than Jerry's. With that said, I think the Mavericks become a much more favorable matchup for us. Time for Yao to dominate the mavs with Diop gone and this is a huge plus for our defense with Harris and his penetrating ways heading east.
Now they can post Kidd on Rafer, keep Dirk out high. Terry, Stackhouse, and Howard will see more open shots than ever. I dunno. Yao always gets his against Dallas.
