Defense aside, that right there is something to be applauded? I'm not sure that's the "big balls" you keep blathering about. That said, I couldn't help but think of the Manu-Brooks incident, and since I didn't watch the Spurs game, was the Manu thing called a foul on him?
you can clearly see in the replay KG tap Frye in the groin area....dirty play none the less but typical KG making sure to let his teammates push him back.
No, there was no foul on Manu. The thing that made it worse with Manu is the fact that it was like with like a second left on the clock and he was "supposedly" trying to draw a charge while AB was taking a running half court shot. Why would anyone be doing that? That's what made the play a bit more dirty.
Reminds me of Vernon, except Channing wouldn't have opened his mouth. Kevin acts like he is crazy, Vernon is crazy.
KG is the **** PUNCHER!!!!!! damn that was dirty as. If I was frye, I would off knocked the ***** out of KG. I understand playing rough, its a contact sport and people is going to get hurt every now and then. In fact, I have no problem with a couple of elbows getting thrown every now and then, just to set the tone of the game. But there is NO way any man should punch another guy in the nuts. Not even in a street fight would I do that kind of stuff.
I F'ing hate the undercut move, It's so easy to seriously injure a player like that Plus he hit Channing in the nuts, what a b****
Actually Gortat pushed Frye back a lot more. He put his arm extended out at Garnett. it's been shown many times that all it takes is one person to push him back a bit and he is done with his mouthing off. He will step back and basically use the "hold me back" mentality. It was Frye how started it and got in his face and Garnett answered him. He always does that and he eventually finds a way to back out.
Yeah I was telling my gma that Kevin always starts stuff on the court but puts his hands up like he was innocent.
He plays the game, and usually wins. Again, Channing was 1-7... He gets in his opponent's heads. Most guys don't play well when they are mad. He isn't looking for a fight. He is trying to get under your skin, by any means neccesary. Larry Bird was one of the most heralded ball punchers of all time. Kobe Bryant and Shane Battier? The best way to handle these guys is like Shane does. Don't give them the satisfaction.
