1. No too hard to force to get the ball to yao, Sura did good last season, why? Make our O more smooth. 2. JVG need to give JH and other players green light to shot when they open. and design some O for others, especially JH. 3. When Yao is fronted, forget to pass him the ball, just try to penetration. 4. When yao or Tmac control the ball do some cut in like RB did to get easy basket. 5. Learn some from Hubes(fomer coatch of Memphis) and play more players, especially young guys. (I really don't like trade boki). 6. Fast break( I dream this). 7. Make smart deciasion when trigger a trade. Look at Piston's players how do they get them. What about your words to JVG and our players? Reeaaaly frustrated to watch Rochets but still can not help to watch, so write something to release myself and hope Jeff can read this.
