    Roger 'Verbal' Kint quitting?!?

Actor Kevin Spacey is considering quitting movies to become a full-time theatre actor.

The 'American Beauty' star is currently artistic director of London's Old Vic theatre - and admits he's reluctant to return to Hollywood because he'd miss the thrill of performing in front of a live audience.

The Oscar-winner explains, "Films are a disconnected form of performance because the live contact with the audience isn't there. When you're on stage, it's another world and you feel the energy of the setting and you thrive on that."

"I also feel the excitement of living in London after having basically lived in New York for the last twenty years. I love being able to start a new life here and realize a dream."

"I'm still proud of a lot of the films I did. Even if some of them didn't work. I never expected or for that matter wanted to become an action star with one hit after another. The life I have now is the one I want."

I really liked him in "The Negotiator" but I enjoyed almost all his other films as well.

Baloney. The next time a studio offers him $10 million to shoot a movie, he'll be all over it like stink on sh*t.

I lost a lot of respect for him when he lied about being mugged in Central Park ~ he really just tripped and hit his face. :D

The first movie I saw with Kevin Spacey was Seven, and I thought he was the best villain I'd ever seen in a movie.

    Usual Suspects is a classic.

Was he the one who had about three different conflicting stories as to what he was doing out there at that particular spot in the middle of the night? As good an actor as he is, he would have been more convincing if he had stuck to one story.

What he was really doing out there, or so the rumor goes, has to do with robbie380's post above...

    Selma: Are you gay?
Troy: Gay? I wish! If I were gay they'd be no problem! No, what I have is a romantic abnormality, one so unbelievable that it must be hidden from the public at all cost. You see...
    Selma: Stop!

it wouldn't surprise me if he was but he's denied it so often that I don't think he'll ever come out if he is.
