....guarding Vin Baker. Could Mo have done any better?

I have liked some of what I've seen of Kenny T this preseason, but can this guy hang at the PF spot defensively at all? If he was really 6'8 260, then he might be alright, but we all know he's shorter than that, and he does not look close to 260 to me either. Baker just dwarfed him! I was thinking he might do well at the SF spot, assuming he'd be able to post up smaller guys there and create mismatches. Is there any chance of that? He doesn't seem to have proven himself reliable in the post against anybody - even smaller players(Didn't he have difficulty posting up Dennis Scott last year?), so I don't see how he'd be given the ball over our other primary options. It's disappointing to look at his box score even after good games and always see 3-7 FG's. I haven't seen a box score of his where he's hit half his shot since like November. Not good for a PF. What do you guys see in KT's future? Anybody prefer Los?

baker looked active on hte boards. I dont think kenny could have done anybetter. Vinny is just much bigger than he is. i was impressed with vins game(besides the free throw shooting) he was active on the boards. He was posting up a little bit. Lastly, i prefer 'los over kenny. he hustles a lot and has plenty of talent. he even hit a couple jumpshots last night. kenny is just too small.

KT doesn't have to be an awesome defender, just adequate. If he can learn to use his bulk to push players away form the hoop (a la Charles) then he will be a passable defender. When he gets posted by the much bigger PF's (Baker/Duncan/Webber) then he really needs some help D to come over!

Honestly I only watched the seattle game but KT looked good I thought, baker just looked better plus he was geting all the calls his way.

Kenny Thomas is the least of our problems.
