A friend of mine just passed away today. He had a hear attack last Sunday while playing basketball at the YMCA. He was 28 years old. Had stopped breathing for about 12 minutes. But he was doing better just up until yesterday. Had been taken of the breathing machine and had come out of his coma. But all of sudden today had breathing complications and the doctors could not revive him. 28 years old and dead due to a heart attack. Could not bear to watch his wife and family. Just goes to show that heart disease does not care about age. My wife makes me get a check up every year and everyone over here should as well. This guy did not ever drink or smoke, worked out regularly and ate about as healthy as one could. RIP
That is so sad. Him being 28 though surely puts my life into perspective now. I'm 29 and have never thought of having a heart attack this early in age. So scary to think about that. So sorry for your loss.
