I love Chandler Parsons and i think he will be great for years to come, but Leonard is 3 years younger than Parsons and they have the same skillset

Leonard's skills are being greatly magnified by current circumstances.

It's going to be hard to objectively compare them right now.

Leonard doesn't have the ball handling skills..

    or the passing vision

Parsons has more upside for sure

Kawhi is not the face of the franchise and does not attract the preteen girls like Chandler.

I think the reason Morey passed on Leonard was because he realized Parsons was a similar prospect, but easily attainable. It makes the whole Morris bust more bearable.

How did Morey know Parsons was going to be on the board in round 2? It was a mistake by Morey passing Leonard for Morris.

Parsons. Equal Defensivly. But, Parsons has better ball-handling moves... And Kobe said he was good. He never said that about Leonard did he?

    Bump.

Both players are coming off phenomenal second years in the NBA. Kawhi Leonard having the advantage of playing more games in the playoffs and will be considered the Spur's new hope once Duncan retires. However he's still a bit undersized and you can't change that.

I would like to see more of Chandler Parsons in the post season. He had some moments against OKC.

Has anybody's opinion changed on this? Who would you rather have strictly speaking on talent and potential?

Undersized? He has perfect size for a small forward, especially when you factor in his strength, jumping ability and long arms. I mean, if the guy can play toe to toe against LeBron like he did in the Finals -- which is to say better than anyone else I've see do so in the last two seasons -- then he is not undersized.

More generally though, as much as I love Parsons, Kawhi has impressed me to the point where I have to give him the edge. After watching this series, he has become my favorite non-Rocket in the NBA. I think Parsons is going to be a borderline all star eventually, but I think Kawhi is going to be a perennially All NBA and All NBA defense selection for the next decade plus.

Leonard. 10 rebounds in the first half. Was cluch at moments. Defended Lebron really well all series. Also pretty good on fast break. Is take Leonard defensively but parsons offensively still.
