Yup ...I am a 50/50 fan between the Rockets and MMA. I've been a basketball fan a lot longer but MMA is fast gaining on me too. I only keep up with two sports and that's NBA (Rockets) and MMA, and maybe a little of the Texans here and there.

But fighting is just so demanding on your body, and you HAVE TO be in condition. In basketball, if you're not in shape you huff and puff up and down the court. In MMA, if you are cardio sucks you get KTFO. That's the big difference ... :D

Yeah, alot of those are brutal......because they are amateur fighters. Any top boxer would knock most of these guys out in seconds.

Who was the huge black dude that got knocked out several times and did the knocking out several times in that vid? Bob Sapp?

They are not amateur fighters k-1 fighters are professional fighters. I think you are right about these guys getting knocked out against a top boxer in a boxing match. Of course a boxer would get destroyed in a K-1 fight against any top K-1 fighter. They are two different sports.

And yes that was Bob Sapp

No. See Shannon Briggs. See "Mighty Mo" Siliga (a bad boxer, but a great K-1'er). See Ray Sefo's boxing career.
