Who do you think? SF is getting to me and JVG doesn't have control of this team.

Who do you think? Francis is really getting to me and JVG doesn't seem like he has much power over this team.

Bring in any coach, and he will get fired after a few years. What's the common denominator?

Do any of you get it yet?

It's your choice... We can have a mediocre team that works hard, but fails. Or we can make some moves and build a great team.

Why, because he had a triple-double? I really believe this post is automatically generated once Rockets lost. Please tell me you did not write the post after watching the game. No one is dumb enough to post this garbage after SF had a almost perfect game.

JVG is killing me!! Why go away from Yao when Malone is guarding him?

Phil doesn't want Shaq picking up more fouls on Yao, puts a smaller defender on him, and all JVG can do is take Yao out of the post? Yao got shut out for the 3rd and most of the 4th, and it wasn't the guards fault for once.

I will support this team no matter who is on it or who is running it, but we got to look at the facts.

    1. JVG brought D, at the expense of our Offense.
    2. We improved by 2 freak'n games.
    3. Our record vs. the West is a joke, period.
    4. Our all-star guard had a horrible season.
    5. Yao hasn't improved much, we ALL thought he would be playing a lot better.
    6. Face it, we would have made the playoffs no matter who was coaching.

We know how to play D now, bring back Rudy!!

WTF, the two seem to be on the same page in the playoffs.

Depends on who made the stupid decision to shift focus away from Yao.

    JVG has gotta go.

You know how Steve Francis had such a great game-- it could have been even better if JVG wasnt such a damn control freak with him trying to turn Francis into his version of Charlie Ward.

Steve was great going to the basket and was shooting a great % , can someone tell me why he only had 11 shots!!! Yes 11-- if you do the math thats less shots per min than JJ, cat, yao, and MO taylor!

Thats like him being the freakin 5th option on offense!! As long as JVG is at the helm he will not allow Steve to take over , even when hes playing great. JVG is so damn clueless on offense, he has no idea he has , its no wonder we can barely get to 80 pts.

two thumbs up for this post, I think one VG's fatal flaws this year was that he came in and completely geared all aspects of this offense around Yao when it is quite apparent that he does not do well down the stretch and our only other hopes for scoring are shackled by his system.

I've waited all season, and JVG still doesnt include him in the offense. I've lost faith that he'll ever include Francis in the offense like he needs to be. I hope he does, but ive pretty much lost hope in JVG.

Do you understand what happens when Francis gets the "green light?" Do you remember? Please tell me you do?

JVG has implemented a system that prevents SF from negating the team concept. So, what you are suggesting that JVG should let SF run wild again? That's the last thing he should do. Letting SF run wild comes with a lot of negatives. He causes turnovers, excludes teammates and shoots bad shots.

Don't think that just because JVG has made SF conform to the team concept that this is somehow degrading his game. In fact, it's forced him to learn aspects of the game that SF never knew. Important aspects like passing, pick and rolls, screens and getting others involved. What's crazy is that under Rudy SF was sloppy and now even under JVG he's still sloppy. Do you get it yet? Do you understand that no matter what coach we have we'll still be the same team.

And for those of you that want to keep Francis....

At the very least, we should try and move SF to the SG and bring in a big PG. But this is not to make SF score more. It's to relieve him of the responsibilities of running the PG position. SF will never be a great scorer. Good scorer. But not great. So you might as well forget that idea right now.

I know you are anti Steve but can we agree that Yao must do more, he's looking like Gheorge Muresan out there and that is not good.
