As Bulls is reviving, Rockets is stagnant. With two of the most talented players in the league, Rockets is doing anything but pumping up.

JVG needs to call Skiles to learn how to mentor players. With huge talents like YM and TM, they will boom as time goes by no matter who is their coash. However, for those role players, they definitely need a mentor to sell them the system. Besides explanation, they need passion from that mentor, i.e. coaches, to life up their spirits. When and only when they know the system and feedback their own thoughts, that system is going to work.

During the interview after his heroic night, TM said that adapatibility between coach and players should be mutual. However, we haven't seen any sign yet.

If JVG sticks to his own thoughts and keeps being strong and wrong, he should go to run for the president, like Bush*t, not coach Rockets.

If it is likely that English is someone's second language, is that really necessary?

And did you not understand the gist of what he said anyway?

I understand your point - interestingly enough, Skiles is more hated in Chi then JVG is here -
