    Ever notice how quotable Van Gundy is? He should write a book of aphorisms. Here are a few of my favorites:

    "Sometimes your leaders are going to lead you in a negative direction."

    "A coaching change brings no change."

    "You don't want him to try so hard to fit in that he can't stand out."

    Any more come to mind?
