I used to enjoy watching the Osbournes until that no talent, chunky butt, beotch Kelly became the focus of the show. Absolutely can not stand her.
Ditto. Also, I used to listen to Ozzy until the death of the great Randy Rhodes. Zak just ain't the same.
I never really watched the show, I just thought it was a little sacreligious for the prince of darkness to have his own reality show. Sharon is a fabulous businesswoman, though!
He may not be the same...and realistically, who could EVER replace the awesome talents of Randy? but Zak is a damn fine guitarist in his own right.. Give Black Label Society a listen and see.. Ozzy has always had a talent for finding good guitarists, Randy, Jake E Lee, Zakk and that short stint with Brad Gillis..
Yeah, it's not fair to compare anyone to Randy. I don't actually have any Ozzy albums except for Diary and Blizzard, so I'm a little biased. The thing that set Randy apart from your average shredder was his classical influence. The only other guy that comes close to him in that respect is Alex Lifeson from Rush IMO. It's no wonder that people still see him as an icon 20 years after his death.
What's even scarier is the fact that he was only around for 2 years. I shudder to imagine what it would have been like if the accident never happened.
