Apparently Tim Duncan and David Robinson were both at WestSide today (though I think this was mentioned in the Chan 13 report?)... Duncan supposedly looked awesome. A guy who also looked good was Damon Jones -- I believe ESPN Insider had reported that he could become a possibility for the Rockets if Moochie doesn't come back. Also, Sam Mack shot lights out from 3-point range. Sad when this is news huh? Damn this is one serious ass dry spell. Duncan and Robinson were at the Astros-Reds game on Tuesday. I saw them on Sportscenter. I guess since there are no baseball teams in San Antonio, they decided to come to a city with a baseball team(a damn good one too) to workout. BTW, that wasn't a makeup scoop or anything. True stuff.

I understand there are serious talks about acquiring Shaq's claw toe for the 5. Evidently, they botched the surgery and decided to put in something bionic (like he needs it--must be some kind of competition thing with Kobe). The Lakers have offered the toe to the Rockets for cash considerations and future picks. CD and RT like the idea because it's talent level is greater than Cato's.

I was walking around the Seattle Center today, and boom, there was the GM of the Sonics. Apparently, the Sonics are working on a deal that would send Vin Baker and Rashard Lewis to Houston for Maurice Taylor and Cuttino Mobley, plus a future second rounder. It looks like this deal is done, and is simply waiting for league approval. New lineups: Francis-Moochie Williams Rice-Lewis-Griffin-Morris-Langhi Baker-Thomas Cato-Collier
I've seen Hakeem's draft day medical records. My pulse raced when they were revealed to me because what I saw you would not believe.
