Well, I just became a rockets fan after the arrival of Yao Ming... I knew alot of you just joined BBS because Rox gained yao ming. I believe yao ming will shine in the nba...drop a line or two why you just became a Rox fan recently!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think yao ming's fan will spread worldwide.... I wanted to see how many new members did BBS gained.. and poll of your nationality... I am chinese and Viet.. what about you????
man there are barley any black people posting here. To tell you the truth the first 2 weeks that we had #1 i didn't want him, but those reviews kept pouring in. And those are pro scout looking at this guy. So i decided he was the real deal.
I think the poll is deceptive. This is what it should represent... Nationality: USA, Mexico, Africa, China... etc OR Race: White, Black, Hispanic, Chinese ...etc I think "Nationality" is a politically correct way of saying "race." Sigh....
Just wondering, which group are you in when you are not a white, black, spanish, or Asian?? Just curious...hope I dont' insult anyone.
I'm am from Pakistan, so my race is INDIAN (not American Indian). I'm surprised why nobody in America considers INDIAN a race? There's about 1.3 billion people living in India & Pakistan. 1 out of every 4 people in da world.
Many would say that Indians are Asian...since they are from Asia (in addition to the whole Mughal invasion, etc).
I am a caucasian dude. With all of the asian fans (52% as of this post) I am starting to feel like a minority. And at the Matt Bullard Happy Hour there were a lot of asian attendees and there too I felt like us white folk made a poor showing. So I have decided to drop the cauc- from my nationality. I am now asian. I am really sorry to all of the caucasians that use to have my loyalty. When we would have our monthly meetings discussing how white we were and how poorly we danced I always felt like I was out of place. And plus, I have never, and I mean NEVER, met an asian that I didn't like. My battle buddy in the army was a 6'2" Korean dude and he just might be the coolest human being on earth. And I've got some asian buddies that can drink more beer than me so they immediately earned my respect. So I am now asian. For a while I thought I was latino because I love mexicans, spaniards, puerto ricans, any spanish speaking people. And I like spanish more than english although I don't speak it as well. But now my mind is made up. I am the palest asian on God's green planet.
