Yeah, a little difficult to follow. Can Babelfish translate Spanish -> Chinese and then Pryuen can do his magic. What could go wrong?
I actually just read part of the "babelfished" article and I think I'd do better reading the Spanish version myself with a dictionary.
Translation wasn't too accurate. Missed the parts "I can no longer handle Marc Iavaroni's lies" and "I was Dwight Howard back home"
ill translate it in a bit.. the title of the article is "the grizzlies dont know where they're headed" first couple of lines says "juan is having the worst time of his career since he decided to make the jump to the nba"
Well... bottomline = Grizz suck, Juan Carlos ain't happy. Question: Should the Rockets try to trade for this guy? I think of him as a similar caliber shooter to Luther Head, but he appears to be a better all around player, particularly with a better dribble-penetration game.
break down of the article. Juan can't wait for the season to end so that he can leave a get a decent contract. says that its real tough to lose so much and that opponents dont respect them at all. He misses Pau Gasol since that's his best friend and he helped out Memphis. says that at the beginning of the season they just lost all confidence and during close games they aren't able to finish Says his teammates dont care at all about the losses since theres always a game coming up but that he does care, because he wants to win. Says he's getting used to the nba schedule but that the toughest part is the back to backs. says that europe is much different and that teammates are closer When asked if his teammates see him as a rookie he said without a doubt, the fans, teammates, and opponents consider him a rookie. He says its too early to talk about his future but its time to be a lil selfish about his numbers since he's going to be a free agent and he seems to be a bit worried about his future says the pau gasol deal was to save money but he says the franchise doesn't know what they are doing now. They asked him a VSPAN question . "Would you go back to Europe?" He said "NO" , he would like to continue to play in the NBA says that other teams have asked about him and during the free agency period he's gonna have tough decisions to make. haha says that memphis is not a pretty city but that pau has showed him around a bit.. thats about it
has anyone eaten at Neely's Barbeque in Memphis? <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/1s_zVV1MioI&rel=1"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/1s_zVV1MioI&rel=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object>
yeah same here. He can shoot. He's like scola because they both have professional experience in Europe so they're not your average rookie
He can do so much more than Luther; though that may not be saying much - Luther sucks. Still, from what I've seen, Navarro's tough - reminds me of Bobby Sura.
