When did Terry become "a big time team player"?

I don't have a comment on JT, but I'm hoping we pick up Rod Strickland as another vet guard off the bench. (in the other thread)

One thing you might consider doing, if you want to "get your feet wet", is posting in established threads. A lot of people start out doing that first and then become thread starters later. Then there are people like me who rarely start them at all. I find there is usually a spot where I can post a thought, unless it's about asteroids possibly hitting the planet, or the like. Then I use a different forum here.

I thought he was one of the worst team players on the Hawks. Wasn't there an article or something about this recently? In any case, I don't remember hearing anything about him being a "big time" team player.

The impressions I have of Terry are basically that he's Steve Francis lite. If we're not going to get a great (or at least very good) player who's from a different mold than SF, why bother with trading him at all?

i don't want terry, especially not in a trade for steve, but he is an amazing outside shooter, something the rockets lack.

 

Terry for Mobley not for Steve.

 

Terry and Francis??? Horrible combination. Remember how 76ers played when Iverson and Stackhouse played together? They were undoubtedly better player in their prime. You can't just put two guards together when EACH of them want to take 20 shots per game.

 

LOL! I save that for just prior to impact.
Just pass on Terry. There are bigger fish in the sea this offseason.
