He's what Joey Dorsey would have been if Joey wasn't such a bust.

Crazy Athleticism, grabs rebounds like a maniac, extremely long reach... and on a good night, he can even hit those mid-range jumpers... and last but not least...

    GORILLA DUNK!

when did Joey Dorsey ever have a J (and when did anyone ever think he would later)? They came in as different players.

Well. I'm talking about in terms of how they both have incredibly long reaches, grab insane amounts of rebounds, and GORILLA DUNK. :p

The somewhat decent mid-range jumper by Jordan Hill is just a bonus.

Joey was supposed to be a defensive specialist. Hill's shotblocking numbers are really low. I haven't watched him in the games, though, so I don't know about his man defense.

Joey seems flat-footed, while Jordan Hill really likes to move his feet. From what I've seen, Jordan's defense is better than what Dorsey's defense has been all 30 minutes of his Houston Rockets career.

It seems Jordan runs the court faster than any PF we have had in a long while, including Landry. His strides are really long and it seems effortless for him to get down the court. His energy is up there with Landry, too.

I am looking forward to see how he preogresses over the summer. It looks like all upside to me with Hill.

Dorsey has had two summers to improve and he seems to have hit a wall already.

Jordan Hill is what Joey would have been if Joey was the Black Chris Bosh. :p

Jordan Hill is what Joey would have been... if Joey was 2 inches taller and had a heart and work ethic.

It used to be Scola running on the break somehow (awkwardly) and getting the easy lay-ups.

Jordan Hill easily beats him down the court. The dude runs.

Jordan also has that frenzied hustle as he grabs those rebounds. I like his play, but I question his play when he faces dominant rebounders like Dwight and Odom...

With his size and athleticism, Jordan Hill's probably going to be as good as his work ethic. He's in a pretty great position right now, making lottery money getting minutes without being asked to contribute a great deal. He's also got guys like Jack Sikma and Carrol Dawson to work with him on his game. It's all right there for him if he's got the initiative.

Joey can not shoot, and he is too short, Hill was the number 8 pick for a reason....way different way better.

Joey is truly a Carl Lewis with a basketball and no more. He has not started playing basketball yet..

Offensive, because in most cases you don't have the inside position. Therefore, at that point its all grit and hustle to secure that rebound.

Lol. That looked like Hayes bad layups where the shot is so bad it even misses the rim.
