What's up with their little competition between each other where they both start spazing out and talking really loud and fast just before commercial breaks. (they wrap up what just happend...the last play's highlight) I find it funny, and wierd. Last night, the Czar said asked Reggie if he was alright after this quick take.
I think its hilarious and entertaining as hell. JB and Reggie are my two favorite commentators. Did you see during the all star celebrity game when the globetrotter guy threw the fake bucket of water on JB and he fell backwards out of his chair? LOL I loved it.
The point is that Barry was supposed to think it was water. So it was a fake bucket of water, not a fake bucket of confetti.
Almost all the announcers are dumb, they keep saying t-mac is the best player, no the hell he isn't, its quite evident that Yao is but they keep on saying the stupidest things over and over again.
JB is soooooooooooooooo boring. Trying hard and freaking camera-conscious. RM is sooooooooooooooooooo freaking annoying, self-centered sob.
Reggie is my favorite broadcaster right next to Hubie. You can learn a lot from the greatest three point shooter of all time. And Reggie's pretty darn funny to boot.
It wont change but the uncoventional snarky approach can bug after a while. Cuz sometimes its about sensing the moment to crack some dumb joke rather than giving ANY credit to whats going on. I'm not down with that whole Charles Barkley acting like he's falling asleep cuz the game is so boring thing. Thats NOT refreshingly honest Though ironically, to be fair Reggie does represent the essense of the NBA in how there's a whole lot of trash talk and bravado. Jon Barry is alright. As long as they keep the game in mind.
