    The great John Prine will be appearing live at Verizon Wireless here in Houston on Saturday June 10th. Todd Snider will be the opening act. Tickets go on sale this Saturday.

    This is a great rare chance to see a legendary, under-appreciated singer-songwriter.

    I saw this exact lineup in Des Moines in 1994, when Snider's "Songs For The Daily Planet" had just been released. Great show.
