OK, so I got tickets this morning for John Mayer at the HLSR but I have a question for folkswho may have been to the rodeo before. Does the stage rotate for every performance? I read online where Bob Dylan had a concert there and they rotated the stage throughout the performance.
I ask because I got two sets of seats really close but one is behind the stage and the other is on the right side.
Any help? Plus if one set is better than the other I will be selling the other two tickets. Sections are 115 which were not cheap and 110 which were even a little more expensive.

Well, the stage has rotated each time I've been there...

Am I the only person that sees something wrong with "John Mayer" and "Rodeo" in the same sentence?

Ya I found that kind of odd as well.
HLSR confirmed that the stage rotates very slowly 359 degrees and then reverse it's direction.
Gonna see if I can find the "magic wristbands" that allow you on the "floor"... just have to watch where we step on the way to rush the stage.
Also might have to borrow a friends camera with zoom since that's allowed.

Maybe if it was "John Mayer" and "Watered Down Yuppie Rock Rodeo" it would make more sense.

I'm glad they have brought in non country stars to the Rodeo. We aren't some podunk cow town, the non country entertainers are the only reason I go anymore. I could care less about livestock contests and what not, I go to eat til I burst and for music.

agreed....i'm not a country music fan...never have been. my dad would stomach a night at the rodeo to see bill cosby, so that's who we went to see.

Can either of you give a recap of the Cosby show(;))? Was it in the Dome? Have other comedians come, I think I've heard of other comedians being there, but my memory aint so good.
