yea, but Dorsey being D-leauged is kind of a big deal, I was hopin he would get some actual playing time, I'd like to give him a shot over Deke, but obviously the coaches/Morey haven't seen enough in practice....I think a trade announcement or Deke signing is gonna happen in a few days....almost seems ineveitable now.

hey, I'm not good at trade machines but is there anyway the rockets could pick up Jeff Foster from Indiana? anyone who could post reasons why/why not would be great.

I think Dorsey is a promising kid for the future, I just dont think there was anyway of him cracking the lineup. Plus, the fact that he's been injured has plagued him during the regular season. I think he just needs to get on the court, dominate some of these kids in the D-League, maybe get some confidence back in his step and contribute to the squad. You never know what can happen during the course of the season regarding injuries, we might need him to step up later on in the season.

Perhaps the Rockets are show-casing Joey for a possible trade. Why send him down for just a few games, its not like they have been using him. Maybe he will be bundled with Luther Head in a trade, or maybe I’m just paranoid.

Showcasing Dorsey can't take place if he going to the D-League. Nor does sending him clear a place for another player. I was hoping to see a bit more of him since he was able to get a few minutes against NJ. I feel that management wants him to get some playing time there and then bring him back just like the way they did with Brooks last year.

Logical move to give Dorsey playing time. I doubt he's on the roster next season. I doubt he has much of a future in the NBA.
