He's paid his dues here, and they've kept him on the crew through 3 different GM's and 2 different managers. Hopefully this means we will be back to an organization in which all levels are pulling the same direction. I don't expect a manager to be robotic in every single choice, but putting the best players on the field for a given game more often than not is not some unrealistic expectation.
Not my first choice but as long as he recognizes that Dusty was not someone he should he should try to emulate he will do fine.
