Joe Biden has always been a gaffe machine and has a history of stuttering. While his speech isn’t good I don’t think he can be considered seriously declining when he was mixing up names 30 years ago. As I said though I would prefer a competitive primary for both parties but neither party is interested in competition for Trump or Biden so here we are.
Trump compared to Biden has shown much more decline if you watch interviews with Trump 20 years ago he was making less mistakes and his speech pattern was even different.
