    Does this man have no shame like seriously, one week it’s the war in Ukraine, “ aka putin’s price hike”, the next week it’s trumps fault, or god forbid those evil maga republicans. For the first time i am legit considering leaving this country to move to the Dominican Republic, the Philippines or vietnam where the cost of living is still somewhat affordable. In my neighborhood over the past 6 months I have seen literally every home I drive by recently list a for sale sign on the outside part on the front of there grass.

    Whether you are blk or white, republican or democrat. This administration has been unacceptable. From passing legislation we were told was for infrastructure but was really all about green energy and unnecessary climate change. It will be only a matter of time before gas prices go up again after we clean out the reserve. The inflation reduction act will go into effect after the midterms just as this administration planned. You think it’s bad now, I don’t know how I’m gonna survive this working 2 jobs and still barely getting by. This is ridiculous

    But for real trolling aside I really don’t know if I can take much more of this administration to the point where I’m not even getting the right amount sleep anymore. This **** is keeping me up at night to the point where it’s unhealthy. I’m not motivated by watching sports anymore or working out. This whole administration just feels like a nightmare that I’m trapped in

    I live in sienna plantation.. oh oops i mean sienna, texas forgot the woke name change. Ive been living here since 2009, and have never felt this unsure about america's future than i am now.

    I dont want to leave this country, because deep down i know blk people are treated better in america than almost any other country in the world where the whiter you are the better it is to fit in with the foreigners especially since i dont speak spanish, portuguese or mandarin. But im gonna patiently wait out this midterm cycle to see what happens, hopefully the republicans retake the house and senate to let the democrats get a reality check and know most americans dont like how they are handling this country. Will we even have a middle class in 3 years if the democrats somehow hold on to both the house and senate in november. We can only pray

    No one is stopping you if you think those are better places to live or places that would make you happier.

    You do realize this is anti-inflationary, right? If you want inflation to come down, this is part of that process - housing prices have to come down, which means the housing market has to cool off (ie, more homes for sale).

    Name me one other president in recent memory who would sacrifice his own economy by allowing interest rates to be increased at this level just to try and protect the economy long term from mass inflation??

    You have a choice… invoke a slight recession or allow inflation to go nuts like it’s doing in most developed countries at the moment. A president that is willing to take a recession on the chin is a pretty bold one.

    So what is going to make you MAGA supporters happy?? If you have no answer than just go shut up.

    Yup but I have to say it's a sad state of our capitalist society when one has to slow down demand which results in more unemployment to combat excessive pricing. But ya it's the only hand someone can sincerely play if they sincerely care about combating inflation within the constraints of this system.

    Like how Republicans told democrats when trump won. If u can't stand the president move.

    Grass isn't always greener on the otherside. If u think moving to a third world country is better, u do u. Folks r quite foolish to think that a change in power via midterm is gonna magically fix inflation.
