So the final verdict is in. My internship at Symantec will soon be over. Beginning April 26, I have accepted a full-time salary position, all this on a BS in Computer Science. Just a word of encouragement for everyone still looking. The job market looks like it's getting better and better. I'm going to go eat something extravagent now...
Good job on...well...getting a job. That is encouraging news. Both my wife and I had full time salary positions waiting on us when we graduated last year. Also, I go to a regular happy hour with a bunch of high school and college buddies that live in the area, and 9 out of 10 are employed full time at good companies. Very encouraging news indeed.
