I have a friend who is looking for a job as a web/ graphic designer. She is extremely proficient in hand coding HTML and customizing graphics. She has a keen eye for design and has a great portfolio to show it. She is an expert at Adobe Photoshop, QuarkXpress, HTML, PageMaker, Frontpage 2000, Flash and Illustrator. Please let me know if anyone knows where she should be able to obtain a good job. Thanks. ------------------ SUCK POLICE!!!!!! Does she have a home page to showcase her work? I'd like to see it. Trying to look into the area myself. As far as a job is concerned, sorry. Best bet would be to look around sites which specialize in job listings, like Headhunter.NET (I think) until someone replies to this thread. ------------------ Nederland 2002 Rocketman95 on board. She doesnt have a website yet, but she is working on it. Thanks for your tip on headhunter.net. I forgot to mention that she is looking for a job in Houston. ------------------ SUCK POLICE!!!!!! Off the top of my head... www.headhunter.net www.dice.com www.computerjobs.com www.careermosaic.com www.careerbuilder.com www.monster.com (although I think it sucks) Pretty much anyone in IT can feast on the above links. I used them regularly when I was a contractor. Anyone into web design should have their own site... it's like your business card. ------------------ "I personally don't think Jordan would have enjoyed playing with himself." -- JeffB lets us all know that Popeye and Clutch aren't the only ones with inside sources...
