Salute and much appreciation for JJ

For some reason watching his highlight and the run JJ had makes me want Demeco as HC more then ever.

    Come back home Demeco!!

He had a great "turn back the clock" game in his last home appearance.

I wish I could like that post more than once @J.R. great job.

Loved watching JJ. Without the injuries, he would have put his name in the the greatest defensive player of all time hat.

Appreciate all he did for the Texans and the city.

I'll be brave enough to say it, in a basketball forum.

Taking his entire resume into account (on the field and off the field), JJ Watt is the greatest athlete in history of Houston's professional sports. Better than Olajuwon, better than Harden, better than Altuve.

Prime JJ was the best DL I'd seen since prime Reggie White.

Just for grins, he had such an outstanding career (even with the injuries) and also gave so much back to the Houston community--he is legendary!

Saw this video and wondered if JJ would be interested in coming back to H-Town as a DL Coach, DC or even HC. He's the epitome of the kind of leader we need...

Honestly i didn't even realize he was still playing till I saw him play this week.

He kind of had his Toronto Raptors years at the end that everyone will forget about.

Old heads love talking about Lawrence Taylor and new fans with recency bias talk up Aaron Donald.

But JJ Watt, without the injuries, would be far and away the best defensive player who ever lived. His worst half season would be your average DE's best full season, which is crazy to think about.

Should be a unanimous first-ballot Hall of Famer as soon as he's eligible.

Congrats to a HOF career! One of the best to do it, short of a ring

With his wife playing in Chicago and himself originally from the suburbs of Milwaukee, I can see him moving up that way in his after pro ball career.

Don't know what his plans are, just a gut feeling he'll one day fall into politics. I can see people voting for him, regardless of any party he runs as

Has 9.5 sacks this season so far I believe, but it’s for a terrible team no one really cares about

I think the Cardinals, last year, could have won it all if everyone was healthy. Murray, Watt, Hopkins and the whole team were clicking on all cylinders at the start.

8-0 to start the season, 9-2 entering their bye week. But then injuries to important players happened all at once and they end up 11-6 and losing to the eventual champs in the wild card round (Rams).

Up until that bye week, they were the best team in the NFL. Really sad that JJ ends his career without ever being close to a super bowl chance.

JJ and D Hop went ring chasing in Arizona and found out that the Cardinals are just as pathetic an organization as the Texans.
