Okay Rome is saying he is about to schedule his tour stops. How should we go about getting one here? I know a lot of you dont like Rome, but his tour stops are kick ass and would bring some of Houstons Finest Super Stars to one event. Any Ideas?
Basically...send some emails to the program director. I know you can from the site... http://www.sportsradio610.com/default.asp?u=/contactus.asp
It works too...I decided to send in a quick request for a tour stop and about 30 minutes later I received a reply...from Bill Van Rysdam, Director of Programming...letting me know that he was "banged". Keep it up...it would be nice to set the bar at four tour stops.
At his last tour stop at then Enron Field he promised Bob McNair a tour stop to Reliant Stadium when it was finished and never has. He came for the Super Bowl but that's not considered a tour stop.
I don't understand the bang the monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey monkey ..........thing. What does banging the monkey do and how does that help get a tour stop here. I don't like Rome that much but I think it would be cool to have another tour stop here.
From: Bill Van Rysdam Miquel, Consider me "Banged" The Monkey -1 for the misspelling of the name....but nice overall.
That doesn't really help as most e-mails are not read. Ever notice the same people's e-mails are read over and over? Now if you do get through on the phone lines, be sure to say you want another tour stop. The best thing is the hit 610 enough so that they can work out something with Rome to come here. Also, on the Rome website, make sure you represent 610AM on the poll thing they have.
