Due my schedule I don't get a chance to listen to Romey very much. I was wonder what his take on Yao is? Not that Rome is God or anything, I jusy enjoy hearing his opinion. I still remember how much love he gave to Lima? How does he feel about Yao? War Yao!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He bashed Yao at first. And then when he got better he started praising him. He praises Yao all the time. I just wish he would say "my earlier comments were wrong and stupid."
He has already stated that during the Cuttino Mobley interview a few weeks back. I'm paraphrasing 'I was wrong we were all wrong...blah blah'
Yeah, if you never listened to Fox Sports Radio period, trust me, advantage you!!: B.Malor is still saying Yao is a compimentary player who wasn't worth the 1st pick. Fox radio is based out of LA, so there is a huge laker bias. I have pretty much quit listening to it, and that says something, because I work at night and have nothing to do.
Rome is a moron and a pune. I liked his radio show for the humor, especially when he was always dogging NASCAR, calling it Neckcar and such. Then the first time I saw his t.v. show, about 5 years ago, he had a driver on and was kissing his ass. What about when Jim "Chrissy" Everett slapped his ass.

Rome is a sexist, elitest ass*** who likes to talk trash about everyone and everything until he has them on the show and then kisses so much ass that you'd think his guests all bring their own chapstick !! I hate Rome except for the interviews, because he does at least ask some interesting, non-softball questions.
this sounds like Jim Rome's take on virtually everyone...make fun of him first...then when he proves you wrong, switch sides and talk about how "great" he is. kinda like Italy with war and political alliances...

I like Jim Rome and his obnoxious personality. There is a reason why he is still on the airwave. BTW, you can always go to jimrome.com and listen to all his shows. It will cost you a few bucks though.
Jim Rome knows his stuff, and speaks very well....but damn, he is the biggest lip-servin', hypocrite in sports talk radio. He'll bash the hell out of you one day, and have you on his show praising the hell out of you the next. Always trying to start a stir. I can't stand the guy.
