Man that guy is freaking annoying. He looked like he was about to **** his pants when he was interviewing Tyson and Lewis at the end of the fight. On top of that, he was asking horrible questions. Totally kissing Tyson's ass saying how he conducted himself nicely, etc..... How does that guy manage to get the good gigs like NFL, NBA, and now Boxing??? Thats Lood-a-cwissss!!
Agreed, I freaking hate that guy. He always has this smug look on his face and seems to get his jollies by asking NBA players these rediculous questions. I can't remember if it was him or some other goon from NBC when someone asked Karl Malone right after a Jazz playoff loss whether or not Malone felt as if he had just let down the entire state of Utah. I just hope that somebody punches him on tv soon. He seems like a twerp who needs a serious ass kicking. I can't wait until ABC/ESPN take over the NBA games so that we don't have to see the NBC goons anymore. Not only Gray, but Rashad, Walton, and that bald guy really piss me off.
yeah I don't care for Gray either. He was interviewing a Laker after the game 6 win vs Sac and someone else stuck a microphone up near the player and Jim Gray karate chops the thing right out of the way, very funny, shows what a prick he is. Gray is an idiot, plain and simple. He was also the same guy who interviewed Rose after the all star game a couple years back. the one where they honored the greatest players of the century. Rose was allowed to come because the fans wrote him in. Does gray ask about fan support or what the fans did? no he grills rose on gambling. It was ultra lame and many people were disgusted by it. the next day all I heard on sports radio was Gray being ripped. It was a good day, the guy is a moron

Don't forget Pat Croce. That guy looks high on every telecast. What's the point of using him a sideline reporter? It's hard to hear what he says cause he screams every 5 seconds. Didn't Shaq punch him a couple of times playfully after game 3? That was hilarious, he kept trying to get away and ask a question but Shaq kept poppin him and talkin about the fight. And I also saw the "Karate Chop" as it is now called. I think it was the NBC guys trying to get him another mic because the one he had they thought wasn't working but he knocked it away. I agree, he has got to have SERIOUS connections. This reminds me of the thread about who you think has made deals with the devil.
I just had an idea.... rockHEAD or someone else who knows how to do webpages: Why don't we create a Jim Gray Sucks! webpage! We can have pictures of this little twerp and can doctor them up or whatever and we can list the reasons why he sucks or whatever. Most definitely, we need to have on there the reasons why he shouldn't be having these gigs he has. Come on...I know someone here is smart enough to create something like that.
