I agree. My friend thought it was funny. I looked at him like he was a moron. Is that football player the same guy who goes to stores to advise them to sell Miller High Life?

 

Speaking of horrendous commercials, I just saw this once a few mins ago. Wasn't the most painful commercial in the world (since I've only watched it once), but it's pretty bad nonetheless, lol.

 

It's bad, but it's not as bad as the one googol showings of the John Cougar Mellencamp "this is our country" commercials.

 

I hate any commercial with that ahole toby keith.

 

All the Dr Pepper commercials make me want to throw a Wii remote through the tv. They're all terrible.

 

Really annoying song? That's Emerson Lake and Palmer - Karn Evil 9. ELP is a legendary band, and that was one of their great songs. I think the real tragedy of overplaying the commercial was how it was ruining a great song.

 

The first three times I thought the commercial was ok. After about 20,000 plays it has kind of gotten old *sarcasm*. You can't avoid that commercial if you watch anything on TV.

LOL, that's funny. I hate those commericals too, and the way he talks... "It's a Ford brother." I don't know what he says, but it's dumb.

I hadn't seen it until this thread. Interesting. They usually reserve the white guys when it comes to acting silly in a commercial. They used a black man in this one. I've seen worse.

What's that commercial that comes on during Rockets games, where there a black man in a business suit, eating breakfast from McDonald's (I think), and then there is this lazy white guy that comes in after just getting out of bed at noon, with no job.
What do you think would happen if those roles were reversed?

 

Yup. This happens all the time. Hollywood does it even more.

 

year thr Dr. Pepper commercail was bad when it first came out and is still bad.

 

Same thing happened to me. The commercial came back on like five seconds later. Then he was like "actually, that is really dumb."

While not as annoying as this one, the one with the people guzzling donuts and jelly beans is pretty dumb too.

 

You can go the gender route too. How many shows and cartoons do you see where it is the man that is the blooming idiot, and the woman is the brains of the outfit?
