I was shopping for some clothing and I saw some nice jeans, when I tried them on it did not have a zipper, it had buttons.

I did not buy those jeans.

That might be the dumbest idea ever.

I actually have cargo shorts that have buttons.

I never really understood why they would put buttons, but I'm sure it's for aesthetic reasons...

It's a pain to go pee...

    Seriously?

All of my jeans have buttons instead of zippers.

Really no need for mashing teeth right next to your johnson. Buttons work perfectly. I would go 501's if they were not cut wrong for me.

    Buttons are such a inconvenience.

    Especially with the girlfriend! :p

It had buttons, but it takes a while to button it up or longer than a zipper. They were a nice pair of jeans.

Nobody remembers when button fly jeans were the hip thing like 20 years ago? I didn't even know they still made them.

I have had the johnson stuck in a zipper before...I think I may invest in some of these...

Has anyone seen them in stores?

Dumb as a fox! These were best sellers!!!

Unbelievably, I cannot find the commercial, but I believe the lyrics were:

Shrink to fit and a button-fly too
    Levi's 501 Blue
Shrink to fit any personal pair
A little loose here and a little tight there
    We're so Bluuuue
    (We've got the Bluuuues!)
    So Blue
(The 501 BLu woo woo oos)
    We're so Blue
Levi's 501 Blu woo woo woos.

C'mon. Somebody else recalls that one.

I bought some 501's this weekend.

I remember when jeans without pockets were the rage. Those days were messed up....

I honestly thought buttons were standard on any pair of jeans above $35.

It just depends. All of my A&F jeans are button fly.

Designer jeans come in both. It's easy to get used to button fly once they get worn in.
